Thomas A. Collins is a founder and president of Commercial Associates Realty, Inc., brokers and consultants providing real estate services throughout the Hudson Valley. Mr. Collins has a CCIM designation, (a certified member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute), and past president of the New York State CCIM Chapter. Mr. Collins’ real estate background of over 23 years includes appraisal, brokerage, consulting, site selection, development, re-development and mortgage finance.
Since founding Commercial Associates Realty in 1998, Mr. Collins has facilitated over 100 million dollars in transactions, consisting of investment, office, industrial and retail properties. He is an approved representative for the General Services Administration, and has represented the Federal Government in partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle in lease procurements for the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Protective Services and others.
Mr. Collins is currently serving as Chairman of the Kingston Hospital Foundation and the Rural Ulster Preservation Company, a not for profit housing and community development agency. He is a fifteen year member of the Ulster County Loan Fund board, and is past chairman of the Ulster County Development Corp, Kingston Uptown Business Association and the Woodstock Public Library District and past board member of Family of Woodstock, Inc., and the Chamber of Commerce of Ulster County. He is a Mayoral appointment to the Kingston Waterfront Redevelopment Committee and the Washington Avenue Corridor design committee.

In 1979, Edward became the 9th person in New York State to achieve the designation of a
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the industry's prestigious Commercial Investment Real Estate
Institute.
As a CCIM, Ed offers clients comprehensive commercial and industrial realty knowledge, years of
active market experience and strategic expertise in commercial investment real estate. He specializes in
Tax-Deferred Exchanges.
Ed is recognized in the Mid-Hudson real estate arena for his expertise
and extensive, proven track record in marketing commercial properties exclusively since 1972. He was the
driving force behind a significant number of key commercial and retail sales and leases in the Town of Ulster's
mall areas, land sales in Kingston's Hudson Valley Plaza district, and major industrial building sales
throughout the region.

A resident of the Hudson Valley for the past 13 years, Beverly is originally from Long Island where she has over 20 Years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
She is a NYS Licensed Broker, a member of NYSCAR (NYS Commercial Association of REALTORS) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers.). Beverly is also the Secretary for the Upstate New York Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Mark joined the team of experienced Commercial Associates brokers in 1999, representing commercial, industrial and retail properties through out the Mid Hudson Valley.
Mark is a NYS Licensed Broker and is currently a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, (NYSCAR), the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Constable has over 14 years experience in the commercial real estate
field. For the past seven years, Deborah has been with TRI Commercial Real
Estate, located in the San Francisco Bay area, where she participated in a
wide range of commercial real estate transactions and projects. Ms.
Constable has recently relocated to New York from California.
Her partial list of clients represented are Sprint Communications,
Continuum, Cendant Corporation, the University of San Franciso, Ceitronics,
and Telemundo Television.
